Sorry!

I'm sorry about the lack of the updates, but I was rather busy with my own game development. I will post reviews on Heavy Rain soon, plus I have two more games to review, Red Dead Redemption and GTA IV so there will be a lot look at!

Over 50 followers, woo hoo!

Seriously, guys, thank you. I didn't know my little blog about PS3 games will make such a success.
I think I will expand this more for the Playstation universe, with PSP and PS2 reviews. I hope you will like it!

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.

This is my personal review of Metal Gear Solid 4 on PS3:

I recently finished this Kojima's masterpiece and I really wanted to write a review about it. Now that I have a blog, I can finally do it.
So here it is, my first review of MGS4:

Graphics
Incredible crisp graphics...
Metal Gear games were always pushing the hardware to it's limits, even with old ones, like MGS. And MGS4 is not an exception. The graphics looks so crisp and precise that you might even mistake them for a real life!
And, with the processing power of PS3, there are hardly any loads and locations are huge, so you can enjoy the view.
Personally, the streets of east Europe were excellent with perfect mood only possible because of epic graphics.

Sounds and Music
Only one word, Greg-Williams! Seriously, his work on music scores is epic. They feel like a movie and with a huge amount of cutscenes in the game, it is movie worthy too!
I really need to get a soundtrack for this game.

Gameplay
Get to da choppa!
Gameplay is standard for a Metal Gear Solid games. But it isn't bad at all!
Some things were simplified, like a camouflage, which is now self changing OctoCamo instead of regular one like in the MGS3. Ammo is now buyable too, for Drebin Points which makes it really fast paced and enjoyable.

Story
Meryl is back!

Finally, the most important thing. The story.
I really enjoyed that a lot of old characters are back, like Meryl or Campbell. But story itself is really enjoyable too. I really liked the ending too (which I won't spoil for you, but it moved me to tears...).

Ending words:
Buy this game. Now. I give it 10/10.

Heavy Rain DEMO comments

Holy shit, that was epic!
Cover

Those are the only words in my mind right now. No, really, it was perfect.
It was just beautiful on the graphics scale, and the controls were flawless. Obviously, they require DUALSHOCK3 controller.

I seriously can't wait for the full version, which I bought and it's being shipped to me.
All cheers to the fans of PS3!

Old Snake vs Solid Snake vs Pliskin

I was thinking about comparing those characters for a long time.

SOLID SNAKE
Solid Snake in the middle
I have to say, this is my least favorite Snake. For one, he has no personality whatsoever. For two, I don't like his design either.
Overall, the worst out of the bunch.

SOLID SNAKE (MGS2)
MGS2 Solid Snake (right)
This time, Snake got a graphic update. I really like his design and his little older visage. He is also fun to play and watch (since in the second game, main character is Raiden). Personality wise, I think he grew a bit, but nothing really great either.

OLD SNAKE
Latest Snake, Old Snake
Well, I was really surprised by Konami about making Snake really old. At first, I was skeptical, because if he is old he can't do stuff like when he was young. But I was in for a surprise. It was a blast, I will tell you!
Design was fresh and very interesting. New OctoCamo was perfect too. Plus, there is a lot of Snake's personality revealed, though again, it's all about himself. Oh well.... that's why I like Big Boss more.

So, as you might have known at this point, the winner is OLD SNAKE.

Gaming Tech: Gran Turismo 5 Optional Install size revealed.

Gaming Tech: Gran Turismo 5 Optional Install size revealed.: "As many of you know, the beast that is Gran Turismo 5 is set to release this November. Being a 'beast' game, it also has a beastly install ..."

PS3 is EPIC

No, seriously it is.
I recently bought a PS3 fat, used, and I love it forever and ever, man!
I recommend PS3 for everyone!
